February Exercise!

My lifetime goal is to work out at least 5X's a week for functional fitness. My newest additional goal is to PUSH myself harder!! (for vanity fitness :D) I tend to just do the required. I need to add weight and or reps to work harder.
1 - 30 Day Shred, level 3. 2 - no workout 3 - Cardio Force, 50 min. (42 min. step cardio/weights; 8 min. abs) 4 - Gilad's Step and Tone, 35 minutes. Used heavier weights as long as I could. 5 - 30 Day Shred, level 3. Tried to do the leg lifts higher, and upped weights a bit. 6 - no workout 7 - Gilad's Step and Tone, 35 minutes. 8 - no workout 9 - Cardio Force, 30 min. 10 - Cardio Force, 50 min. 11 - Gilad's Step and Tone, 35 min. Ankle weights and 8 lbs handweights, then down to 5 lbs. 12 - 30 Day Shred, level 2. 13 - Cardio Force, 50 min. (all) Forced myself to keep going when I wanted to quit! 14 - Life Force dvd, 50 min. with extra weights. then 5 min. abs. 15 - Gilad's Step and Tone, 35 mn. 16 - no workout 17 - Cardio Force, all (50 min) and 10 min. abs = 60 min. 18 - just 15 minutes of stretches and arm work 19 - Cardio Force, 40 minutes, pushed really hard & upped weights. 20 - Cardio Force, 30 minutes, again pushing very hard. 21 - Gilad Step and Tone, 45 mn. 22 - only about 10 min. of Life Force vid, then shoveling for 30 min. 23 - Cardio Force, 40 min. 24 - no workout 25 - no workout 26 - Cardio Force, 50 minutes, upped weights as long as i could. 27 - Life Force dvd, 50 minutes. 28 - no workout. |

I had some personal issues seriously derail me last month. Not going to set a goal; just going to go at it. Mins so far: 550 1 - off 2 - 55 min run/walk 3 - off 4 - off 5 - 69 min SET/walking 6 - off 7 - 73 min Spin/Walking 8 - 37 min cardio 9 - 92 min Spin/walking 10 - off 11 - off 12 - 75 min SET/walking 13 - 50 min strength/cardio 14 - 69 min Spin/walking 15 - 16 - moving 17 - moving 18 - moving 19 - 20 - traveling 21 - 22 - 23 - 24 - 25 - 26 - 27 - traveling 28 - 30 min running (got to refocus next month!) |
I want to join! I haven't worked out at all this month but I am still going to join and keep track. Have a good day Ladies!
