November Exercise Thread
The holidays are upon us! Exercise will help fight off the post holiday 5 pound gain! Feel free to track your exercise however you need to...or ask exercise related questions.

Goal: 1200 mins
Mins so far: 979 1 - 69 min spin/walking 2 - 32 min cardio 3 - traveling 4 - traveling 5 - off 6 - off 7 - off (ugh!) 8 - 49 min run/walk 9 - off 10 - 90 min run/walk 11 - off 12 - 79 min cardio/walking 13 - 75 min SET/walking 14 - 30 min 30 DS 15 - 73 min Spin/Walking 16 - 80 min spin/walking 17 - Glow Run 5k!!! (50 min run/walk to event) 18 - off 19 - off 20 - off 21 - 80 min weights/cardio/walking 22 - Thanksgiving 23 - 27 min run/walk 24 - off 25 - off (traveling) 26 - 59 min strength/cardio 27 - 74 min SET/walking 28 - 50 min weights/cardio 29 - off 30 - 62 min strength/cardio |

Goal: some type of cardio and/or strength workout at least 5X's a week. 1 - Gilad's Step and Tone, then some Cathe abs - 40 minutes. 2 - Cardio Force, 60 minutes. 3 - Biggest Loser Cardio workout, 25 minutes. 4 - Cardio Force, 60 minutes. 5 - Cathe's Cardio Max workout, 60 minutes. (had to modify for my knees :D) 6 - 25 minutes of just cardio, I was sore from the above so no muscle work. 7 - none 8 - Cardio Force, 60 minutes. 9 - Karen Voigt cardio/strength workout, 40 minutes. 10 - none 11 - 30 Day Shred, level 3 = 25 min. 12 - 40 min. Cardio Force, 10 min. Cathe abs = 50 min. 13 - 15 minutes Gilad's Chest/Back work. 14 - 50 minutes Cardio Force, 10 min. Cathe abs = 60 min. 15 - 30 minutes Gilad Step and Tone; 10 min. leg work and abs = 40 min. 16 - 40 minutes Life Force cardio. 17 - no workout 18 - no workout 19 - 60 minutes Cardio Force workout. 20 - 15 minutes cardio/strength. 21 - 30 minutes cardio, 8 minutes abs 22 - Thanksgiving - 60 minutes Cardio Force. 23 - Biggest Loser Cardio 20 min then Cathe abs 10 min. 24 - no workout 25 - 60 minutes Cardio Force workout. 26 - no workout 27 - 60 minutes Cardio Force workout. 28 - 50 minutes Gilad Step and Tone. 29 - 50 minutes Life Force workout. 30 - 22-ish minutes of 30 Day Shred, level 3. woohoo, I did pretty good for November!! if only I could eat better... |
