Ooopppsss! I kind of got busy and didn't get down to this thread. I hate the fact thatI have to work. :lol:

I am doing ok. Nothing extremely exciting. Just trudging along.

Hi all

It's late for posting....after 7 P.M. here....it seems lately I don't get here until after supper.

Last week I stopped using the light box.....it was the end of March.....well about 3 or 4 days later I started to feel down...then more down. So on Tuesday morning I started to use it again....this time it took until this afternoon to feel okay. Now I am feeling good...so I will keep using the light box for a while.

Not much happening here....see you tomorrow.
