Anyone else have this issue? I cannot get off it. I've gained over 50 kg so like 100 pounds

I've gained 50 pounds on it, and also cannot get off of it as my body is physically dependent on it to sleep.

Totally hear and feel you! My doctor put me on 50 mg in September 2011- instant weight gain almost 30 lbs! But hey, I sleep and my moods are so much better. It' s a trade off happy and a bit overweight or sad and depressed and rageing mad woman!
That's why I'm on this forumn to try to find the best way to lose that weight even half. I've never had to diet before. I have no idea how to.

My mom is on it, and she gained quite a bit of weight, but I was attributing it to her diet and lack of exercise, although she was never overweight before.
