Yawn.. morning.
Had a nice weekend.. too short as always. Yes, I did bake biscotti. I brought them into work. That way I can have a few and NOT have them at home , where they might be dangerous. I made cranberry orange walnut and cranberry pistachio.. yum. I also used olive oil instead of butter or marg to make them authentic. Tastes great. This week I am making stir fry, spaghetti squash and I think chili black bean potato burritos.. yum
I was up at 5 and did my fat burning video.. I didn't see any puddles of fat on the floor, so I guess I need to keep at it

Done exercising by 6, out the door at 6:45, at work at 7:15. And here I am..
Glad Cin agrees with me as far as working out first thing. It is such a good feeling to have it over and DONE! Cathy, I don't see that many results from my exercising.. but I do like the increased energy level and the edge it takes off of my depression. That is just as important of a benefit as weight loss, IMHO.
Leenie - you have to stop trying to carry studly young men off the street and take them home. You keep hurting your back. Get one of those moving dollies next time.
Sweet. Was nice to chat last nite. Sorry I have to bail early on work nights. If I don't get enough sleep, I'd skip exercising.. and that is too important right now. Try and fight the urge to go outside with a bottle of coke and make coke slushies.
