I'm so glad it's Friday, next week is a hard one for me, 4 thirteen hour days in a row.

Thanks everyone :) I was so nervous about telling them but its done now and I feel good about things.
I have just had a lovely surprise I weighed myself and iv gone down to 180lbs so iv lost 6lbs this week. I was stuck at 186 for 3 months!
