Do you work out? Sometimes when I push myself too hard during workouts, I get headaches. To remedy that, I eat some cucumber slices and it seems to alleviate the headache somewhat when aspirin or whatever doesn't work. Maybe give cucumber a try and see if it works?

I would recommend seeing a doctor if your symptoms persist. I have seen neurologists about my tension headaches, but I think my primary care doctor has helped me more than they have! What kind of relaxation exercises/techniques can you use to ease the tension, like deep breathing or imagery, etc?

Good luck! Keep us posted
