That, and beating myself up when I do make a mistake. In a fight between me and a bag of cookies, I'd put my money on the cookies. I look at this as a life style thing, a daily thing, not a to lose this much by this time thing. I"m successful no matter what size I am, I just use that attitude towards my weight loss.
