I'm a born again SHE (sidetracked home executive) and a member of Flylady. I homeschool my 13 year old daughter and try to keep up with the IEP's of my 6 year old son. He has high function autism and ADHD (hyper active impulse), I also take care of my mother during the day. She had a stroke a year ago this past November. It really threw me off on my last diet. I had lost 20 lbs and was down to 200, but had to give up going to the gym 3 times a week, and walking 2 times a week, because I had to take her to therapy sessions, fix her meals and clean up her messes and because no one else in the family wanted to take care of her. Including my father. I even went to the doctor and was put on Zoloft at that time. I stopped taking it, because it caused me to gain weight and in the begining I wasn't eating because I was too busy spending from 8 in the morning when I put the kids on the bus, till 11 at night when my father finally came home with my mother. My house feel apart and I lost interest in taking care of myself. |
