WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST PROBLEM IN WEIGHT LOSS: I have absolutely no self-confidence due to a terrible relationship with my mother about my weight, and then 2 past abusive relationships. I am an overachiever and am way too hard on myself when I slip up. I have developed disordered eating after losing almost 50lbs because all of a sudden it stopped and I couldn't make it to my goal and I had no idea what to do and I was panicking that I was going to be a failure again.

WHAT IS DIFFERENT THIS TIME THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL: I hope I can just try and stay positive. I am really hoping to find a buddy that I can email everyday or something so that I can kind of chat with them and they can relate to me..because I feel like many people around me do not understand what I am going through and often do not understand the severity of disordered eating so I often feel like what I am feeling is invalid.

My oldest son has mental health issues that makes my home life incredibly stressful. He has been diagnosed and is being treated for Aspergers Syndrome, Bi Polar Disorder, and ADHD. I go on a roller coaster ride of emotions with him daily and find myself in the middle of my son and my husband frequently because they are both so stubborn and strong willed. At the end of the day I'm usually exhausted and hopeless.
