For once I'm willing to be kind enough to myself to talk to others who understand, and let that support help me through the hard times, back to where I want to be. Depressions has been a big problem for me. Each time I become immobilized by depression, I am unable to focus on my professional career, and I over-eat. I can't seem to get this cycle under control.
