Its been a LOOONG week !

Nothing much new today. I kinda slipped a little yesterday and went over my caloric intake...ooops :o I will try to be better today.

So far breakfast was a Thomas' bagel w/jelly and coffee. I could eat 3 of those things easy, but I'll stay with the one. I figured they were less calories than a real bagel from a bagel store so I'm ahead a little (I hope lolol :lol: )

Lunch will be a salad, and I will be careful with the dressing...since I hate diet dressing and I use the real stuff.

Dinner ???

Grace is going to her first Pajama Party at our Church tonight...its only 2 hours but its something different for her and she can see the other kiddies.

No good plans for the weekend SOSDD.. if it rains again tomorrow you know what I'll be doing :mad: I need to get my butt to the hospital and visit my MIL... They can't figure out whats wrong with her so they are doing an MRI thinking she has a fractured hip ?? :sorry:

Good Morning Leenie! Seems like your week would have been a little better with the boss away. What's the matter with that ole job, tell em to slack off of ya and give ya a break!!!!

A pajama party at church for the babies sounds like a cute idea! I would have never have thought of that! too cool! oh man I miss the days of babies!

I'm with you, I don't use the diet dressing either - I'd rather a little of the real stuff!

It is beautiful here again today, but rain is forecast for tomorrow. I sure hope the weatherman is wrong because my youngest son has a band festival and it will be a great big mess with rain. I've been to lots and lots of band festivals but never have had to deal with rain on those days. I am wondering what they do when it rains because they can't get the instruments wet? oh well I may find out tomorrow what they do when it rains! wah!

I'm meeting my mom and a bunch of her friends for lunch today at Logan's. I think I will try to stick with just a salad, but one of those rolls might just jump right up in my face and make me eat it! We will see how it goes! hehe

Good morning ladies!
 

Well it has been a good week but it went tooooo fast...it is hard to stay on top of things...anyhow it is never boring...working a bit this weekend but some fun stuff planned too...hubby has some surprise planned for Sat night...all I know is I have to arrange babysitting....hmmmm

Leens...us and our food eh? What a pain that we have to think about things so much....I have gained a pile of weight since I went to Mexico in May.....very discouraging but guess I will move ahead...no other choice!

Cathy come back to MSN I miss our chats and feel like I am behind in the news...how are the boys? Lunch sounds like fun!

It's cold and raining and just plain miserable today. No wonder the neighboring farmers were so busy yesterday. They always know when it's going to rain and they have to get the crops out of the fields.
Am hungry for absolutely no reason! I had a Smart One entree for breakfast. I know...I now, I eat strange things for breakfast. R can't understand how I can do that. I told him that, on the farm when I was a child, pork chops were sometimes served with eggs and toast for breakfast!
The weekend will be filled with the usual...church, shopping and working in the @#$$ kitchen!

Umm Tippy, I do the same thing (eating smart ones for breakfast)... I could eat cold meatballs for breakfast with no problem... I also eat eggs or pancakes for dinner :lol: Chinese food I can eat any time of the day .. there's no law on that is there :shrug:

Hi ladies,

One more sleep & then I'm off on my trip. Just last minute things to do. I want to clean the toilets before I leave. DH knows how to cook....so I don't have to worry about his meals.

Leenie.....I don't like the low fat dressing.....I use regular salad dressing.

Cathie....have a great time at lunch today.

Liz.......I wonder what your DH has planned?

Tippy.....Sometimes I have oatmeal with raisins & half an apple for supper.

I went out for coffee with friends early today. Today I am finishing up my packing & doing a bit of cleaning.

I stayed the same this week. There were 3 days around our Canadian Thanksgiving where I wasn't on track. Have been OP for the last 3 days though.

I will be up early tomorrow for my flight. If I have time....I will check in.
