Morning Ladies,
Well it seems Leenie is asleep at the switch today

so I'll start the thread.. She'll come back with an excuse that she was working or something.. we all really know she was napping
The end of the month... a time for reflection on what we did during the previous days.. did we accomplish what we wanted to, did we follow through on our promises to ourselves? Time to re-asses and make changes if they are needed. I for one think I did pretty well during the month. I went over calories a couple of times, got in 23 days (1035 minutes) of exercise and did well on my water. Things I can improve on: Getting in more fruits and vegetables, not being so lazy on the weekends, and always work on planning planning planning.
Last night I was all ready to make a bulgar wheat stir fry, but when I got to the cupboard.. there was NO bulgar wheat!!

So I changed the menu to fish veggie couscous
http://sidedish.allrecipes.com/az/vgtblcscs.asp and sliced tomatoes. Tonight it is chicken honey nut stir fry, leftover couscous and either tomotes or zucchini or both.
