Hi Leens and Lizzy,

Boy, everyone is off and running around today. Only a few more hours til quitting time.. yay

I found some yummy recipes for next week: Shrimp Durango, Angel Hair Pasta Chicken, Vegetable Couscous and Zesty Grilled Chicken. Can't wait. My tummy is growling at the thought. I made a Mexican fish dish last night, that I was pleasantly surprised with.

Not much going on this weekend. With all my activity last weekend, this weekend is for relaxing and a few chores. No big ones though... good thing about company coming, all the chores get done!! Just laundry this weekend. Saturday morning I am getting my hair cut and glazed, so that is always a good thing.
