Hello

I'm new to 3FC and noticed this Group.

A little about myself, I'm 40, single and live with my best friend who was diagnosed with Major Depression. We both need to lose 100+.

She hasn't joined 3FC but I wanted to and when I saw this thread I thought I might find some information so I may be able to help her and be there for her.

Hi! It's really great of you to help and support your friend with her depression. I guess the best thing to do is just be there for her, which it seems you already are.
