Hi!!!
My dr just put me on prozac, is that going to make me gain a ton? I was hoping it would make me happier and in return I would have more motivation to lose weight! Does anyone have any experience with prozac and weight gain? I just had a baby 2 mo ago if it makes any difference

I used prozac a few years ago and I didn't gain. You should probably be ok on it, if not ask your dr to change it.

hey been on the prozac for a couple of days now and I'm already feeling a difference I don't know if that means this is finally the right med for me to be on or I was just so deep in the depression that even the slightest lift in mood feels phenomenal whatever the case I'm stoked and hope it continues!!:carrot:

I never gained weight on Prozac, and i was on it many times!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you feel that you are hungrier, try to make healthier choices.
Like have sugar free jello and some fruit around the house.
Even some of the low cal pudding-yum!!!!!!
Don't stress i'm sure you'll be fine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
