Default Massage

Has anyone ever tried massage (massage therapist) to help with depression? I have had a couple before but I was not nececcarily having a bad day so I did not notice if it helped.

Talking A massage is always good !

I always feel better after a bit of pampering!

I have heard about theraputic massages where people actually cry and have a huge release from what ever it is the therapist does but I don't know a lot about it...there are a lot of people that are sold on wholistic medicine and I think massage would fall under that catergory!

Have a good day!

I am gonna book a massage!

Nope never heard of it but it does make sense....
As long as the person giving them is tall dark and handsome
That would cheer me right up

hi kempyd,
yes I have regular massages - they are excellent way of releasing built up stress and depression...even if you think it hasn't made a difference it actually has!
I read that when we are tense and depressed pur whole muscular-skeletal system is out of whack it locks up. I know my jaw feels tense when I am feeling depressed and I don't even notice it...well time to book a massage...mmmm.
