My name is christy and I am 19 years old. Over the past two years I have dropped from 160 to 108. I am at a wieght I am happy with most of the time but I am terrified that I will gain wieght. All i think about is what I can and can not eat. I am so tired of obsessing over my wieght! I am irritable alot because all I want to do is go eat chocolate or something but when I do eat something fattening I feel so guilty! I am to the point where I am always depressed over this. Do yall have any suggestions or insight for me? Am I alone in this?

First, my suggestion to you is to go see a professional about this issue. Talk to your doctor and ask him/her for guidance.

You are definitly not alone, quite some time ago I had lost 150 lbs. I use to shake and get so nervous when I got near potato chips or cake or something I know that got me fat in the first place. I too was obsessed and so afraid. Well as time went by I slowly started to calm down and relax but then I did start to gain again because I got to comfortable.

Please talk to someone who can give you some sound advice.
