Check out the first 3FC's 5K run, walk, crawl, marathon...... you can do it by yourself, take the dog, take the kids (then again, maybe not :rofl: ) or your hubby.

I'm going to be walking the 5k outside. slowly. The ice and snow hasnt melted off all the sidewalks yet. Maybe it will by the weekend!
