Hello all. My name is Paula. I saw your posts and I thought if it is ok, that I would join in. I have been taking effexor for almost a year for my depression. It seems to work well with me. (except when I forget to take it!! dizzy funky feelings!) Anyway I have been on 3fc in the past, but haven't been on in along time. I am trying to get back to where I need to be with my weight loss journey. I just fell off for awhile. But here I am looking for support and gladly willing to give it too.
