What a strange day. I seemed to be 'down' for no obvious reason - not to mention snarky and edgy, too.

I struggled all day with lethargy, the weather (blah! where'd spring go?) and perhaps not least an overwhelming sense of 'tiredness' which just might be linked to my very low calorie intake (not deliberately) over the past two days.

The day started well enough... but descended, for the first time on this journey, into a 'gorge-fest'... I am so full I feel sick.

2590 calories. Boooo, hissss! It's so strange - I am SURE I ate far more than this before I changed my eating patterns and choices, but it just feels AWFUL.

Ah well - tomorrow will be better. After all, I am not 'off the wagon' - I am driving it! (but I guess I stopped for a break - LOL!)

Hah! See? Just typing this here made me feel better... still bloated though

I have been doing lawl for about 3 weeks and fell off the wagon and I thought I was going to die the pain in my stomach was horrible,just drink lots of water tomorrow and forget it happened,I am pulling for ya.
