i did it
today i went for my forst appointment at the mental health clinic for my depression, i know my weight gain has alot to do with this aswell as many other things . i went in very scared came out somewhat feeling id started on a right path to help me get better and to get the help ive been putting off for so long..this was the 3rd time id re scheduled to go
i burst into tears half way through but i think admitting to myself i need help was a good thing and they were very good and im back there next week and am scheduled for 3 months of sessions to begin with im actually feeling positive about it all and that i done a good thing and it will hopefully help me too with my weight loss programme! |
