New here
Hello, I am new here. I signed up after my youngest was born and then just didn't come back til now. I am Kiera. I am 23 years old and have two girls almost 2 and almost 5. I am a newly wed. I hate to look at my wedding pictures because although I wasn't obese, I was overweight. I am currently at 180lbs. I just had a miscarriage 1 month ago. I have been battling bulimia for over 10 years. This week I have done AWESOMELY in dieting and exercise. I have exercised at least 200 mins and ate in moderation. I am currently on prozac and breastfeeding, so this is hard for me. Breastfeeding made me gain 10lbs with my first and same with my 2nd. She's slowly weaning right now but I am not going to stop trying even while breastfeeding her. I'm sorry this post is all over the place. I just don't know what to do right now. I feel like this week has gone well but I haven't lost any weight this week, yet. Hopefully when I get back on the scale on Sunday I will have lost as least one pound. I'm afraid that I will be discouraged and quit. That's what I always do. Well, hope I am welcome here. This place provides such motivation, especially at night for me after the kids have gone to bed.

Well your off in the right direction. Grab a cup of coffee (or water ;) ) and find a nice comfy place to hang your hat. The support here is AWESOME!!!! Before I had my DD I used to hang out here at night as well and it was the perfect therapy/support I needed (now I go to bed at 8:30 LOL). Congrats on eating and exercising right.. you get an A+++++ WTG !!!!! Keep it up :) I gotta run but I'll be back later... HUGS !! |
