Motivation??
 

I'm tired of being fat, but I'm not motivated to really do anything about it. I've been suffering from "situational depression" for the past few months and I just started taking prozac 3 weeks ago. Will my motivation improve once the meds have a chance to kick in? I do pretty well with the exercise, but my diet sucks!!

I am also on depression meds. They have an effect on weight loss. I am on paxil and wellbutrin. The Paxil made me gain about forty pounds. Now that I am on the wellbutrin as well I feel better and have started to lose weight.

I was depressed because og the weight gain and that made me even more depressed. feel free to contact me if you need to chat.
