Does anyone have a recipe for Crockpot Shredded BBQ Beef?

I haven't tried this yet, but it looks good and easy.

2-3 lb chuck roast
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 can diet cola

Place meat in slow cooker. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over meat. Pour diet cola over all. Cover cook on low 8-10 hours.

Shread and serve with sauce.
