Alba Shake mix
 

Does anyone have any ideas for using the mix to make a high fat protein shake other than using milk and cream? I got a box of the Double fudge and was going to be bringing them to work, since they added soy to the Atkins shakes .

I don't know if it's just a protein shake - not familiar with the brand - but the only way I could choke down shakes is mixed with cold coffee - if you blend it really well it's like a cold sweetened coffee shake...or you can try water.
