Has anyone registered for the challenge from Discovery Health Channel? I just registered for this yesterday & the information that it gives you access to is AWESOME! And everything is FREE - no charge for anything. Customized meal plans (nothing fad-ish), exercise recommendations, you even get a FREE 8 week membership to Bally's (which personally I don't need because I have a membership elsewhere but still, it's a nice benefit!).
The challenge doesn't officially start until mid-January but if you register early, like I did, you can access all that great information right away. I figure 8 weeks of following a program compiled by physicians & exercise experts is a great way to start the new year so I am IN. How about you?
