firsttime here-may need some help

looking for support to lose LOTS of weight. My son is a yrs old & I have to lose the 'baby weight" soon! anyone who can help? J.

No plan as of yet. I joined your Challenge of 10# by Turkey day. There might have to be some lighting strike or something but.. who knows maybe it's possable. It's raining here today (MD) & depressing. Maybe I'l go out for awhile? May I ask where you'refrom in Ca? I grew up outside of SF & went to college in SD. I do miss the weather! well, have a great Monday. J
