Hi, I think the idea is great, may a join in... I think this is a great motivator.
I will have to start fresh, but will give it a shot for today: if that is ok,

I'm not the host of this topic, but welcome! I've been doing 1 smilie for all posts. I'd be racking up smilies otherwise. I'm struggling with my water so I'm puting 64oz of water bottles in my mini fridge and requiring myself to open all of them up and drink them. I haven't weighed myself everyday. One thing I've noticed is if I don't get enough sleep, I get a false heavy weight the next morning. I try not to include those :).

Hello everyone! May I join in? If so how does this challenge work? And how do you get the cool similes? I am returning to 3fc after a very long absence - my heart wasn't into losing weight but now I have rededicated myself after about 5 years and hoping to lose 60 pounds on ww!

I think it is so great... like a little kid, trying to get good doobie stickers. :) You can get the smiles by clicking of "go advanced" at the bottom of the reply at the bottom of the page.
