I'm starting this challenge for myself and anyone who wants to join- no matter what program you're on!
I tend to focus too much on the big goals that are hard to reach, so I'm challenging myself to lose JUST 10 lbs.
My first weigh in puts me at 264.8, so I'd like to be 254.8 by the end of the challenge.
I'm giving myself until Dec 1 to get there. Anyone wanna join me?
