Default Newbies and Buddies Challenge Week #3

This week, try replacing any junk food snacks you would have with fruit, veggies, or another healthy option. What does everyone think? Can we give up junk food for just one week?

Hi Michelle, my name is Donna. I am new to this, but I would like to join you in your non-junk food venture for the week. I was wondering what challenges were for week 1 and week 2?

Week #1 was drinking water. I think it was 60 oz a day, but it may have been 48 (sorry, I'd have to look up the thread again). Last week's challenge was to exercise for at least 30 minutes a day 3 days of the week.

If you haven't already, join us in the newbies and buddies thread. We are all new to the site, and the group seems to grow every day
