Did 5 miles today which brings my total to 11.3 miles in 3 days. Only 88.7 more to go. It is going faster then I thought that it would go this time around. If I keep to the schedule that I have for myself, I will have over 100 at the end which will be nice to have for once.

Wow! Everyone is doing so well today!

I got in 6.60 pedometer miles, but no stairclimber. And now I'm just tired. I don't know why I'm so worn out! Maybe it's all the exercise!

Jessica, 5 hours in retail is at least a mile. I work in a cosmetics department at a rather slow dept. store, and I get in 3 or 4 miles on a slow day (I typically work 8-hour shifts, but I rarely leave my dept. except for lunch). However, I would take Jennifer's advice and get a pedometer. They have cheap ones at Walmart for about $4 (that's the one I have), and it's actually fairly accurate. For the 100-step test 3FC recommends, it came up with 98, so I guess that's acceptable.

Great job today, chicks! Keep up the good work!

Went walking and did treadmill for another 2.72 miles. I think I'm going to try out my pedometer all day tomorrow and see what I get on that just to how many miles I walk all day.
5.82miles down lot more to go...

12 miles down so far this week, and I have 5 miles planned for today... that would leave me at 17 for the first week and 83 more to go!

Default Fiday night!

Hi gals!

Yesterday I got in 5.56 miles with that pedometer strapped on! I feel like I may need to go get a different pedometer. I just can't see that I actually walk that many miles in a day...but with my 1.5 or 2 aerobic walking, I suppose that could be! I never sit down at work and am always walking/moving!

Today I got in 5.6 miles which includes a 2 mile walk when I got home from work tonight!

So my grand total now is up to 28.47!!! 100 miles is going to be a breeze unless something unforseeable happens! Let's hope not! That's an average of 5.69 miles in 5 days! Weekends won't be as much...dont' have to walk as far in the house!

Tomorrow I'm going looking for a new pedometer with a clock and miles tracker on it, maybe it will be more accurate and I will be highly disappointed! I did the 100 step test that 3FC recommends, too...and it came up at 102, so I know it probably adds steps rather than takes them away!

Everyone is doing so well and the important thing is that we are all moving!!

well I did another 5 miles today which felt great but I am so tired right now. That brings my total to 19.6 for the last 5 days. Not too bad at all. I don't mind going at this pace.

My pedometer logged 4.60 miles today, and I'm stopping at that. Going to update my signature, then go study study study. Have a good night!

Hi everyone

Looks like my (clever and witty) post from yesterday ended up in lala land.

I water ran yesterday for 60 minutes. Four miles. Tonight after work I walked/ran 3 miles.

If we keep up this pace, we'll have no problem reaching 100 miles by the end of the month.

Default Weekend check-in

Saturday was low (9300 steps = 4.23 miles) and today even lower, although I didn't put it on until after church and a walk through Penney's and I took my pedometer off way too early today and have been up and down these steps at home a bazillion times, so I added about 300 steps which is probably way low! But came in after my 2.25 mile walk at 8355 steps = 3.80 miles! So not a lot of moving today according to Pedometer! But hey, what's a chickie to do?

So my miles are racking up quickly! I'm happy about that! I know that the pedometer has motivated me to walk my aerobic walk every day! Although today I felt a bit dragged down about 1/2 way through! I was kind of feelin' depressed and thinking about depressing things while I walked, so that might have done it! I need to get that MP3 player...I think it's on the list for hubby to get me for Christmas! He better!!!

Hope everyone got their miles in this weekend!
