I'm pleased to start my month at a lower number than last month. That's progress, even if the goal was elusive.

I'm finally back in my maintenance range! Now the trick is to stay here.

I met my weight loss goal for March -- yay! I'll still want to do almost daily weighing so that it doesn't go right back up.
