July heat won't stop us from meeting our exercise goals!

As I transition out of PT, I want to make sure that I carry forward what I learned while also getting back some cardio that's been missing. I'm not sure what's going to work best for me, so I'm starting with these goals to see where that gets me:

July Goal
1800 minutes that includes 10 leg days, 10 upper body days, and 600 minutes of cardio
