My October goal is 600 minutes of intentional exercise. Oct1: 45 min walk Oct2: 30 min walk; 10 min pool Oct3: 50 min walk; 30 min pool Oct4: 45 min walk Oct5: 50 min walk AM; 20 min walk PM Oct7: 45 min walk Oct14: 50 min walk Oct17: 50 min walk Oct18: 30 min walk Oct19: 45 min walk Oct20: 45 min walk Oct23: 60 min walk (two 30 min sessions) *******GOAL MET******* TOTAL MINUTES: 610 |
My goal last month worked out, so I'm repeating it for October. It will be slightly easier with an extra day!

I'm going to try for 400 min. I have an appointment with my orthopaedic surgeon next week. I hope to get a date for my hip replacement surgery before the end of the year which should end my hip pain. My other hip was replaced several years ago and since then I've had no pain in that hip. I'm hoping for the same result again.
