start: 13st 3.25lb / 185.25lb target: 12st 13.25lb / 181.25lb target loss: 4lb end: 13st 0.5lb / 182.5lb loss: 2.75lb I'm afraid I backslid a bit - I was sick for a week & then this week I was away on business so it's been kind of hard to track my food properly. anyway, I finished the month a few lbs down, so not all bad. :) |
