My goal last month worked out, so I'm repeating it for October. It will be slightly easier with an extra day!

I'm going to try for 400 min. I have an appointment with my orthopaedic surgeon next week. I hope to get a date for my hip replacement surgery before the end of the year which should end my hip pain. My other hip was replaced several years ago and since then I've had no pain in that hip. I'm hoping for the same result again.
