August Exercise Challenge
On to August!
State your exercise goal and track it throughout the month with this supportive group of fellow exercisers. We'll compile our workout goals into a list. I've been working on building up my endurance this summer. So I'm challenging myself to walk 10 miles for the month of August!

I've got COVID and I have a colonoscopy scheduled for next week (which might get rescheduled due to the COVID). So, I'm going to set a lower goal than usual for this month. I'm still determined to do something every day because my daily exercise streak is 7 years and 1 month!

6 walks (18 miles total), no gym - better than July but still not great. :(
