Everyone is welcome to join! You can weigh in whatever day that you like.
My goal is 160. This means I need to lose 35 pounds in a year which is .67% of a pound a week. I know it's possible. Part of me thinks I haven't weighed this since I was a young teenager. Is this possible? I mean I know it is, but wow. Hard to wrap my head around!

I am glad you are sticking with us! I am with you on losing (large amounts) of weight several times before but never have maintained it. My problem was eating too few calories to keep it up long term.
The weird thing is that when you hit your goal, you may be able to eat that and still maintain. Are bodies are bizarre!
