I didn't do well in October. The swimming pool is closed. LOL My November goal will be 600 minutes of intentional exercise. Nov1: 40 min exercise bike AM Nov8: 60 min walking PM Nov10: 35 min exercise bike PM Nov11: 30 min exercise bike AM; 20 min PM Nov12: 20 min walk AM; 10 min exercise bike AM Nov13: 25 min exercise bike PM Nov14: 40 min exercise bike AM TOTAL MINUTES: 240 |
