October Exercise Challenge
Let's get out to enjoy some fall color during our exercise. (Or spring flowers, if you're in the southern hemisphere)

No more swimming pool until spring, so I guess it's back to walking on the street. My October goal will be a modest 600 minutes of intentional exercise. Oct7: 60 min outdoor walk Oct15: 60 min water walk TOTAL MINUTES: 120 |
