October Exercise Challenge
 
Let's get out to enjoy some fall color during our exercise. (Or spring flowers, if you're in the southern hemisphere)

State your exercise goal and track it throughout the month with this supportive group of fellow exercisers. We'll compile our workout goals into a list. As each goal is met during the month, it gets turned RED in celebration.

No more swimming pool until spring, so I guess it's back to walking on the street. My October goal will be a modest 600 minutes of intentional exercise.

Oct7: 60 min outdoor walk
Oct15: 60 min water walk

TOTAL MINUTES: 120
