Between an off plan day and impending shark week I'm pretty far in the wrong direction here, but updating anyway to stay accountable. Down 1.2 from yesterday though, so there's that I suppose.

Almost back down to my starting weight for this challenge! I just started a 100-day workout challenge so I imagine some water retention will slow me down at first, but it's worth it!
