I'm going to try daily weighing for a bit to see if that will help me get back down to my August maintenance goal.

August goal: Maintain below 87.0 kgs

3: 86.5 kgs
13: 87.35
14: 87.3

So, my weight has been bouncing around, as low as 286.4 to as high as 289.7, today I am 288.5. I had my partner test my glucose and ketones and they came back 83 for glucose and .7 ketones (which is early ketosis I think or level 1) this is so hard sometimes but I will NEVER give up.

Great to see you sticking with it, Candidcamster and KStrong! That helps me want to do it, too. Especially since I just squeezed back into my goal range for this month.

I'm another 1.3kg down since last weigh in. Feeling good although the alternate day fasting is not easy!

It feels weird to say, but, at this moment, I feel fat when I'm over 87 kgs and skinny when I'm under 86.5 kgs. That's a motivator!

285.9 for yesterday, will weigh in tomorrow and post results. I really want to rev things up for September, October, November and December. I’ve all but given up on 249.8 by the end of the year, but I can totally see losing 20-25 lbs by then which would put me between the early to mid 260s. I’m doing keto, any tips appreciated, thanks!
