I expect my July goal to be a bit of a challenge because the few times I weighed in June, I was mostly above 87.5kgs. If I can maintain below that, it will be an accomplishment.

Count me in! I would love to lose 5 pounds for this month. Seems like a small number but I have to be careful to not lose too much weight as I am still breastfeeding my 1 year old.

I'm still in!
I did lose a few lbs in June but I still got 3 or 4 lbs to lose to reach my goal of 163 lbs, which was my weight before my first pregnancy. So yeah!

Yay a new month! I’m starting at 291.9 as of today and I’d like to see 286.8 by the end of the month.

I have been losing very slowly as I was on meds that made me gain weight but my doc has put me on something to hopefully help with that my goal is to lose 6 lbs this month.
