Hi all,

I've been here before when I lost 100 pounds 2x in my life. Apparently, I love punishment lol! I'm back at it! And, this time for good! I still eat what I want but after working out I have eggs 2 eggs and 2 toast and for dinner I eat what I want. I cut out soda and have 1 glass of tea a day and 2 coffes with sugar :/. I don't want to change the way I eat too fast as I find it becomes too much for me. The healthier I get and the more I work out the more I want to do better. Been doing 30 day shred for 2 weeks now- 4 days a week as that is what I used all the other times and it never lets me down! Glad to be back, sorry I'm late but excited to see where we all go from here!

Thank you KStrong - I had a bad week after 2 months of straight improvement with good losses and minor gains once in a while.
This last week was a disaster - I am not weighing in this week.
I am not weighing daily anymore - just once a week
Good luck everyone and hope you all have a nice weekend.

KStrong- good for you! You can do the whole 3 months just got to stick to it! I'm sure it's slower at a lower weight, but doesn't it feel good to be down so much and know it's only slower because you are so close!? That's exciting.

As for me I haven't lost any more weight but started eating much healthier this week, even after having wine last night! Still working out 4 days a week, the scale hasn't budged much but I've noticed my stamina and endurance getting better. I'm hoping for a whoosh soon!

Hope everyone has a good week and let's all keep working towards this challenge, even when it feels like you haven't gotten very far! Let's just stick to it!

Working out 5 days a week now doing portion control and mindful eating after losing only 3 pounds in the WHOLE month of may the scale has budged. I have my goal is 235 but I'll take 240. I hope I can make it! Leaving the sheet the same though. I'll be happy with 240 by the end of this then hopefully we get a summer to fall challenge!
