Sunshine - Looks like you are off to a good start. Great job on the 10!

Darius - Way to go! Those wooshes are so wonderful. I'm doing keto and the first couple of scale weeks are always so much fun losing the water, but even when the stall hit me for 3 weeks I felt so good skipping the carbs. I'm trying to avoid sugar (and alcohol) for at least 3 months and I'm about half way.

WE GOT THIS!

Happy weight-in day! I started zumba this week and it's super fun. Kicking my butt though!

Weigh in 4/17: 199 (+4lb)
Total weight lost: 6 lb
Start weight: 205
Goal weight: 144

Eek! Weight gain! Well, I thought Zumba would cancel out ice cream and candy...apparently not! LOL
Back to work for me. Hope to report some losses next week.

After avoiding the scale for so long I finally got on and I'm very disappointing. I really haven't been trying but I didn't think it would be this bad. I think I want to try the whole 30 diet and see how that goes!

Hello everyone; today is my Friday weigh-in day.
I am not on track to make my 6/20 goal of 270 lb but at least I am moving downwards.
I should be well below 280 by then however.
Thank you KStrong for the words of encouragement!

I have started doing the whole 30 diet and part of it is not weighing in so I will be back at the end of May!

Hi all,

I've been here before when I lost 100 pounds 2x in my life. Apparently, I love punishment lol! I'm back at it! And, this time for good! I still eat what I want but after working out I have eggs 2 eggs and 2 toast and for dinner I eat what I want. I cut out soda and have 1 glass of tea a day and 2 coffes with sugar :/. I don't want to change the way I eat too fast as I find it becomes too much for me. The healthier I get and the more I work out the more I want to do better. Been doing 30 day shred for 2 weeks now- 4 days a week as that is what I used all the other times and it never lets me down! Glad to be back, sorry I'm late but excited to see where we all go from here!

Sunshine, the zumba always sounds fun!
Great job, Darius!
Good luck on the 30, SomeDaySunny. I need to quit weighing for awhile as it is beyond frustrating!
Buttercup, me and you both on the punishment. I've finally kept it off this time around, but can't seem to get any lower and just maintaining is SO HARD! Good for you taking small steps.

I'm about 2/3rds of the way through my three month challenge. No off plan days yet. The scale has not been kind, but my chart seems to think I'm on a downward trend so that is the only thing keeping me sane. Even my measurements are not changing which is even more annoying. I would have given up long before now, but am staying strong this time to see if I can do the full three months.

Thank you KStrong - I had a bad week after 2 months of straight improvement with good losses and minor gains once in a while.
This last week was a disaster - I am not weighing in this week.
I am not weighing daily anymore - just once a week
Good luck everyone and hope you all have a nice weekend.

KStrong- good for you! You can do the whole 3 months just got to stick to it! I'm sure it's slower at a lower weight, but doesn't it feel good to be down so much and know it's only slower because you are so close!? That's exciting.

As for me I haven't lost any more weight but started eating much healthier this week, even after having wine last night! Still working out 4 days a week, the scale hasn't budged much but I've noticed my stamina and endurance getting better. I'm hoping for a whoosh soon!

Hope everyone has a good week and let's all keep working towards this challenge, even when it feels like you haven't gotten very far! Let's just stick to it!

Working out 5 days a week now doing portion control and mindful eating after losing only 3 pounds in the WHOLE month of may the scale has budged. I have my goal is 235 but I'll take 240. I hope I can make it! Leaving the sheet the same though. I'll be happy with 240 by the end of this then hopefully we get a summer to fall challenge!

Looks like I will be lucky to break even on this challenge. I started pretty strong, but too many special occasions/excuses got in my way. I was going to wait to post my weigh in on the chart for the week tomorrow to see if I can lose any more of this water weight, but I noticed that is our final weigh in day. I don't think my weigh in this morning is representative of a real weight gain so they may be duplicated. I plan to do better on the next challenge!

Hope everyone is good!
