Happy Saturday!! I'm officially back on track with eating OP and am seeing results in terms of a serious water weight whoosh!

CW: 222.0 (-2.7)
GW: 219.7
A little drop today- went for a nice long walk yesterday with the pup, so I'm wondering if that spurred the whoosh. Planning to test this again today-- we'll see tomorrow!
