February Exercise Challenge
February is Heart Month -- let's get it pumping!

Even with a Leap Year, February feels like a short month. Since I clobbered my ST and stretching goals in January, I'll move those up. But I just met my minutes goal, so I'm going to aim a little lower with fewer days to work with.
