I get more minutes (and feel better overall) when I set goals that have some variety to them. So, I'm going for 1200 minutes, including 8x stretching and 8x ST.

I had a bad fall while walking in early October and I've been almost five weeks without exercise. Ready to get back into it. My goal is 600 minutes of intentional exercise. And a 5K on Nov 23! Nov3: 35 min walk; 30 min exercise bike Nov4: 25 min exercise bike AM; 35 min walk PM Nov7: 20 min exercise bike PM Nov8: 20 min exercise bike PM Nov23: 120 min outdoor walk TOTAL: 285 |

Hello!! so great to see this Challenge going on for perpetuity, thanks to gardener joy. And Tabbycat a regular. You will only see me here in the winter months. My goal is fitness for everyday life, especially important as I am getting older! to work towards that, 30 minutes 5x a week/600 minutes a month of "intentional exercise", as Tabbycat states. For me, that will be youtube or dvd workouts. When I shovel snow, I will count those minutes towards my goal but at a rate 50% less.
