Day 1 - Thurs Nov 21:
Green - Plenty of veggies and low carbs. Also did a Core class at gym. Had a museli bar, but all accounted for
Day 2 - Fri Nov 22:
Green - Food similar to yesterday minus the museli bar, and add a spin class at the gym. Off to bed soon but i am feeling a bit peckish.....
Day 3 - Sat Nov 23:
Green - Ate more calories than usual, but all good quality ones and burned more off due to 24km trek (plus two dog-walks!), so happy that i'm green overall
Day 4 - Sun Nov 24:

Yellow - I"m not counting calories, just estimating, so not exactly sure which it is today. I was tempted by wine but resisted, and didn't have any dessert or crisps or silly stuff, but my lamb portion for dinner could've been lower, and i had some chilli mayonnaise which was un-needed calories. Painted front and back of 4x floor to ceiling patio doors today, so plenty of up and down ladders, but no gym. Overall though i'm super-happy with negotiating the weekend without a slipup. Wow, 10 days will go quickly....
